CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson Tapped To Market Deerfield Beach R&D Facility

CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson, a CRE Florida Partners Company, has been appointed exclusive sales agent for 1432 E. Newport Center Drive, a 15,268-square-foot R&D office and warehouse building in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

The single-story facility is situated within Newport Center, a large, master-planned professional business park located 5 minutes from Interstate I-95, just south of SW 10th Street, with easy access to the Sawgrass Expressway.  The park features two hotels, a daycare center, and is home to many notable tenants including JPMorgan Chase, UM Sylvester, Quest Diagnostics, and Mapei Corporation.

The building, which was built in 1996, features 15,268 square feet of available R&D office and warehouse space, with 18’ clear ceiling heights.

CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson Leases 20,000 SF To Rising Star Gymnastics

Rising Star Gymnastics, Inc. has signed a 20,000 square foot, 5-year lease at 6500 W. Rogers Circle in Boca Raton, Florida.

Michael Rauch and Tom Robertson, Senior Managing Partners with CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson, a CRE Florida Partners Company, negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, US Emlak Corporation.

The gym offers a wide range of gymnastics classes and camps in the Boca Raton area from beginner to advanced for all ages and is also home to the Rising Stars Gymnastics competitive team featuring gymnasts from Level 1 through Level 9. This group of girls competes in USAG and AAU competitions throughout the state of Florida as well as out of state meets. The gym also hosts sanctioned gymnastics meets in the fall and spring.

“Rising Star Gymnastics is an expanding and very successful gymnastics operation, prompting the need to double their space from their former Boca Raton location,” stated Robertson.  “6500 W. Rogers met their needs and kept them close to the location they have called home for the past 10 years.”

Rauch and Robertson just secured the 30,000 square foot leasing assignment last month.

CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson Tapped To Market 211,000 SF Medical/Professional Office Campus

CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson, a CRE Florida Partners Company, has been appointed exclusive leasing and sales agent for the Lake Whitney Professional Park in St. Lucie West, Florida.

The 211,000 square foot medical and professional office campus is located close to Interstate I-95, East on Exit 121. The complex houses 15 one- and two-story office buildings as well as individual office suites.

In addition, CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson will also market a 4-acre land parcel adjacent to the complex zoned for hotel, assisted living facility, and medical surgery center for sale or development.
