The ideal independent contractor candidate will possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience and hold a Florida sales person or broker licensure with a primary focus on (i) exclusive listing representation for sale/lease and/or, (ii) landlord and tenant representation; paying close attention to asset valuation, condition, and proforma financial performance. Duties include property listing, marketing the property, showing the property, negotiating with buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants, helping to arrange financing for the client, preparing/review contracts, retention of existing accounts, preparing financial and market studies and organizing the closing. Candidate should be self-motivated, creative, have some prior sales/leasing experience, possess strong time management, organizational skills, entrepreneurial qualities, strong negotiator/communicator and be able to manage in a multiple transaction environment.
