My Story

With over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate representing approximately 37 individual properties, she handles AR, AP, rent roll, income statement and balance sheet, tenant invoicing, cash flow analysis, monthly bank reconciliation, annual CAM reconciliation, annual budgets, and essentially all other financial related reporting for her property owners.
